University Health Services (UHS) will be transitioning to a new version of our electronic health records (EHR) system, NextGen. This means UHS patients will have a new patient portal starting on December 4th. You will now be able to communicate with providers and request medication refills, appointments, and medical records in the new patient portal. Digital invitations to join the new patient portal will be sent to existing patients beginning on December 4.
The self-scheduling tool will temporarily be replaced by an appointment request function in the updated portal. Appointments can also be made by calling 901.448.5630 and selecting option #1 or using Microsoft bookings.
Current patients will have access to records from visits to UHS prior to December 4 in Intellichart for a limited time. Other functions in Intellichart will be disabled.
