Celebrate with the whole family at Cuba Libre on Easter Sunday, April 9, and enjoy our famous Easter Buffet! Pricing is $39.95 for adults and $16.95 for kids (12 and under). Non-alcoholic drinks included such as regular coffee, hot tea, soft drinks and juice. Drink specials include $8 bloody marys and mimosas, plus our new Espresso Rumtini for $13.50! The full cocktail and drink menu will also be available for a la carte ordering. The Easter Buffet will feature delicious savory and sweet Latin dishes with some highlights below:
- Ropa Vieja Hash - braised and shredded brisket with tomatoes, peppers and red wine with boniato, potato, corn and maduro hash
- Create-your-own Waffle Station w/ fried chicken, bacon, strawberries, whipped cream, & more!
- Salmón Relleno - stuffed boneless North Atlantic whole salmon, blue crab meat, roasted shallots, sautéed spinach. tomato, garlic, basil sofrito sauce
- Cazuela del Mar - casserole of mussels, Baja Bay scallops in Tio Pepe sherry wine and creamy coconut broth
- Create-your-own Omelet Station with baby shrimp, crab meat, veggies, and a variety of cheeses

This reservation is for a 2-hour period from your reservation start time. Please note that we require a credit card to hold the reservation. A $20/person fee will be charged if cancellations are made after 5 p.m. on April 6. Any reservations made after April 6 at 5 p.m. are automatically subject to the $20/person cancellation fee. A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all buffet dining checks.
