LCA Comments on Proposed Rule for Preemptive Opt-Out

On September 30, 2021, the Library Copyright Alliance submitted comments on the Copyright Office’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding the procedures for libraries and archives to opt out of proceedings before the Copyright Claims Board under the CASE Act.
