SureWalk is NOT a moving service. We will not transport large items on multiple trips. Thank you
- Please be prepared to leave, when we arrive. After two minutes of waiting, once notified of our arrival, your request will be cancelled, so that we may service others in a more timely fashion. You may request another service, but you will be placed at the
end of the queue.
- High demand will increase wait times due to poor weather, events on and off campus, the hour of night and time of semester. We ask that you please be patient. We will get to you.
- Requests must be made only when you are ready to be serviced. We do not schedule requests in advance.
- For requests that include 2 or more, EVERY MEMBER is required to fill out their own form in order to be serviced. When called to confirm your request, please mention who you are with so we can properly dispatch our team.
- When beginning your Sure Walk service as a group, PLEASE DO NOT bring anyone that has not been confirmed as a part of your group as each Sure Walk is assigned a specific list of patrons by the dispatcher.
- If you no longer need your Sure Walk for any reason, please send your cancellation request to orderasurewalk@gmail.com.
- You may also consider using UT Night Rides from the Lyft rideshare service https://parking.utexas.edu/ut-night-rides. They operate 7 days a week from 11pm to 4am.
