With the transition to Workday on April 1, 2023, employees will now find pay information within Workday.
The first payroll to be processed within Workday will be the April 14, 2023, payroll cycle for non-exempt (hourly) employees. Payslip information will be visible for those employees on April 13, 2023.
For exempt (salaried) employees, the first payroll cycle to be processed in Workday will on May 1, 2023. Payslip information will be viable for those employees on April 28, 2023.
Payslips will display differently within Workday than in C2HR A Quick Reference Guide for reading a payslip in Workday is available on the MyWorkday website. Please note, there may be slight variations from historical paychecks due to rounding logic within Workday.
Historical pay information (for payrolls processed before April 14, 2023) will not appear in Workday. These will continue to available be visible in C2HR.
