We’re so excited to welcome Diana to our Administrative Assistant team this winter!

Diana has been part of the Vail Resorts family since 2023. She began her journey in the beautiful Grand Tetons of Wyoming, specifically at Colter Bay, before joining us here at Beaver Creek. Since then, she’s excelled in a variety of guest-facing roles and is now stepping into a new position supporting our Ski & Snowboard School team.

Fun fact: Diana is the reigning 2024 Opening Day Cookie Competition Champion—and she’s back again this year as one of five finalists! She’ll be serving up her famous Brown Butter Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies (each finalist bakes more than 1,020 cookies for everyone to try!).

Free employee parking is available for all employees at the Wolf Lot. Please remember that parking is a privilege, not a right. For additional details on registering for free employee parking, please use this LINK!

Employees may also park in any of Beaver Creek’s paid surface lots or parking garages, but will be subject to guest rates, and no employee discount applies. Overnight parking is not permitted in the Wolf Lot.

Shuttle Access:
Village Transportation offers a free bus service in and around Beaver Creek Village, including to and from Employee Housing and the Employee Parking Lot via the Employee Shuttle. We recommend downloading the Beaver Creek Village Transportation app 

You can't sign your Ski Waiver and use ProConnect Tools on the same day. It is an overnight update.

When clocking in for LIFT training - USE BC Virtual Lift PUNCH.

When attending the Safety Summit - USE Safety Summit - 2025.

To learn how to create a shortcut for ProConnect Tools on your Smart Device. This will take you directly to ProConnect Tools, where you can clock in and out. 

You will receive an email from People Connect and The LIFT when you are both made active and your LIFT trainings are available to complete.  You will not be able to log in until you receive these emails.  If these trainings aren't listed in your profile in The LIFT, you can search and enroll yourself. 

FY26 SRS LIFT TRAININGS TIMES- Actuals (all times are in minutes)

LIFT training courses are paid activities, and you must punch in/out through ProConnect Tools (link on bcsnowpro.com). Be sure to select the “BC Virtual Lift PUNCH” work category and include any applicable notes, including the titles of the specific training courses that were completed during that work session.

If you encounter issues with punching in/out, double-check your Required Notices in EpicEmployee. Please wait overnight after signing your Ski Waiver to use ProConnect Tools. If the issue continues, please record your time and contact your supervisor for further troubleshooting and pay approval.

Beaver Creek is holding a Winter Onboarding Help Session in the Group Lesson Center on November 17, 2025, 8:00 am - 11:00 am.

We encourage all returning employee to come and get their passes & coupons printed. You should arrive early!
