The purpose of this survey is to understand how you are doing since graduating college and how college has helped you reach your goals. You have been invited to participate because you graduated from an inclusive higher education program at the University of Northern Colorado, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, or Arapahoe Community College. 

You will be answering questions about your job, your living situation, your benefits, and any social activities you participate in. This form should take about 30 minutes to complete. 

This is an anonymous survey.  No one will be able to identify you based on your answers. The results of this survey will help us understand how college has helped you and how we can offer additional support if needed. Your answers will improve our inclusive college programs to help more students in the future. All the information we collect will be stored securely and confidentially by IN! 

By completing this survey, you consent to IN! anonymously collecting your data and experiences. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may choose not to participate. You may stop participating at any time for any reason by closing out of the survey. 

To complete this form, answer what you can on your own. If you need to ask family members or other supports for clarification or guidance, feel free to do so. For help with reading the questions, we recommend the use of assistive technology as needed. Google Read&Write is a wonderful, free screen reading software!
