The purpose of this survey is to understand how your student is doing since graduating college and how college has helped them reach their goals. You have been invited to participate because your student graduated from an inclusive higher education program at the University of Northern Colorado, the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, or Arapahoe Community College. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. 

You will be answering questions about your student's job, living situation, benefits, and any social activities they participate in. This form should take about 30 minutes to complete. 

This is an anonymous survey.  No one will be able to identify you based on your answers. The results of this survey will help us understand how college has helped your student and how we can offer additional support if needed. Your answers will improve our inclusive college programs to help more students in the future. All the information we collect will be stored securely and confidentially by IN! 

By completing this survey, you consent to IN! anonymously collecting your data and experiences. Your participation is completely voluntary and you may choose not to participate. You may stop participating at any time for any reason by closing out of the survey.
