Diamond Custom Homes Estate Management Division earns National Home Watch Association Accreditation

Diamond Custom Homes has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). The NHWA was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for home watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada. Members operate according to the NHWA code of ethics and best practices, developed to provide consistent inspections and accurate reporting to clients.

According to Diamond Custom Homes President and Founder Michael Diamond, the company’s estate management division offers an array of concierge services including weekly home inspections to identify potential areas of concern, as well as ongoing maintenance and repair. The division also manages residential projects such as remodeling and renovations and offers traditional repair services such as pressure cleaning and painting. 

“Our estate management service division does more than keep an eye on things at our clients’ vacation or primary homes while they are not in-residence,” said Diamond. “We provide the same level of attention and preventive maintenance for our clients’ homes as we do our own residences.”

The division has grown nearly 50 percent over the last year. Led by Director of Estate Management Francisco Morales, the company’s experienced estate management team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide peace of mind to homeowners.
