Thank you for submitting content for Warhawk Weekly. The deadline is noon, Wednesday, the week prior to the next issue. We try our hardest to get each issue out on Monday afternoons during the semester. Your submission will be edited for AP Style and run in one newsletter. 

We reserve the right to not publish submissions, especially those that are not consistent with our university mission, vision, and/or values. We cannot include postings for businesses or organizations outside of campus.

All submitted graphics must be brand compliant. Please avoid text-heavy graphics — if text is included, please keep in mind that it must be legible to view on a small thumbnail like the one below. We will notify you directly if we need to switch out a graphic.
