The most consistent and pervasive need that retailers have brought to World Tea Expo for 15+ years is affordable training for new employees. Even minimum wage, part-time staff need to be able to speak competently and confidently with customers. They need to know more than the difference between green and black tea; they need to know how to make a sale. Let’s consider how this can be done without costing thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours.

Ever wonder how to get the perfect tasting tea on the go? Until now, your options were limited. You could settle for bitter tasting tea or make a mess trying to remove your tea bag or infuser from the boiling hot water. And then what do you do with that leaky tea bag, and how can you save it for later to re-steep? That is exactly how Menna came to life. Menna is a patented tea infuser that allows you to control the flavor and intensity of your tea, at home or on the go, by simply turning a ring on the outside of the bottle. No mess, no stress. Just the perfect tea every time.

We’ll be sharing information on choosing perfectly paired flavors like Apple Bourbon Scones with Bourbon Black Tea, Bailey’s Irish Cream Scones with Bailey’s Green Tea, and Strawberry Champagne Scones with Strawberry Champagne White Tea.
