Consultation Feedback Survey

The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is revising its policy about the naming of schools, special-purpose areas, and teams. The review is part of a regular cycle of review of all TDSB policies.

The survey you are about to begin asks brief demographic questions and then provides an opportunity for you to give your comments about the draft policy.
