2022-2023 Zeno Family Pre-Survey

Survey Language

This pre-survey asks you questions about your child, your experiences with other children who are 3-5 years old, and your experiences learning, doing, and teaching mathematics before being deeply engaged with Zeno this year. Please respond based on your current thoughts, perspectives, and experiences.

Confidentiality. At the end of the survey, in a section called Demographics, we ask for your first and last name, your child’s name and date of birth, and other personal information. The purpose of asking for this information is to determine changes in your experiences over the course of the year. The information will help Zeno in designing programs and games that will better serve families. Your and your child’s name and other identifiable information will not be used for any reason. All reporting will be anonymous.
