The Office of Human Resources Engagement team is thrilled to announce our second annual WashU Night at the Fox! Join us for a special group event featuring discounted tickets to the touring Broadway production of Back to the Future: The Musical.
Ticket Distribution
All tickets will be distributed as paper tickets. Pick-up dates and locations will be shared via email and posted below. It is the employee’s responsibility to pick up tickets. You may designate someone to pick up on your behalf. Please email HRevents@wustl.edu and provide your designee’s name prior to a scheduled event.
Ticket Information
WashU has reserved a block of seats in the Lower Balcony and Middle Balcony for Sunday, September 29, 2024, at 1 p.m. Discounted WashU tickets are $80.00 each (Lower Balcony) and $67.00 each (Middle Balcony).
Tickets will be distributed during specified pick-up dates and locations. Tickets will be assigned the best available location in the block based on transaction date. For groups, all tickets should be purchased in one transaction to ensure you’re seated together.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Parking is not included in the ticket price. Employees are responsible for transportation fees and safety. In the event of inclement weather, the decision to present the performance as scheduled is at the sole discretion of the show’s production company.
Show Summary
When Marty McFly finds himself transported back to 1955 in a time machine built by the eccentric scientist Doc Brown, he accidentally changes the course of history. Now he’s in a race against time to fix the present, escape the past, and send himself… back to the future. When Back to the Future hits 88mph, it’ll change musical theatre history forever.
Winner of the 2022 Olivier Award for Best New Musical, four WhatsOnStage Awards, including Best New Musical, and the Broadway World Award for Best New Musical, Back to the Future: The Musical is adapted for the stage by the iconic film’s creators Bob Gale (Back to the Future trilogy) and Robert Zemeckis (Forrest Gump) and directed by the Tony Award®-winner John Rando with original music by multi-Grammy® winners Alan Silvestri (Avengers: Endgame) and Glen Ballard (Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror”), alongside hit songs from the movie including “The Power of Love,” “Johnny B. Goode,” “Earth Angel,” and “Back in Time.”
CONTENT ADVISORIES: This production uses flashing lights, strobe effects, smoke/haze and pyrotechnics.
RUN TIME: 2 hours and 40 minutes including intermission
