Doctors at Dell Medical School are sharing what is known so far about 'long COVID' -- a mysterious cluster of symptoms suffered by a significant number of people who recover from COVID-19.
More attention is paid to hospitalization and death, but long COVID can disable people and force them out of the workforce.
It can also cause significant mental health problems, because of the physical damage the virus can do. The most common symptom reported is fatigue, and doctors say it's not something patients can push through. Instead, they said pushing through post-COVID fatigue can set the person back.
