About the Program
The N/NE Preference Policy aims to address the harmful impacts of urban renewal and displacement in the North and Northeast Portland community.
It is a housing waitlist developed to support current and former residents of North and Northeast Portland who have been involuntarily displaced or are at risk of displacement from the region. Applicants with historical ties to the area will be considered before applicants without a previous history of residence in the area for existing and upcoming rental and homeownership opportunities.
