The attorney will present on options after graduation and Optional Practical Training (OPT) for F-1 students/Academic Training (AT) for J-1 students, including the basics of the H-1B employment visa, pathways to permanent residency, and other options for you to consider.
Empowering students and scholars on Immigration Attorney Day
ISSS is hosting immigration attorney Dan Oldenburg with Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, L.L.P. on Wednesday, October 4th to present multiple immigration sessions. We hope to empower those of you who are considering staying in the U.S. following graduation or program completion. These sessions will be in person in the Alumni Hall Lounge. Information will be general in nature, and the attorney cannot answer case specific questions. All international students, scholars, and faculty are welcome.
