Phase I community priorities survey

The Charter Commission is researching potential reform options to change Portland’s form of government and city council elections. In partnership with the Coalition of Communities of Color, the Charter Commission released a survey to help us understand how community members would like to be served by our city government and how they would like to be represented by our city’s elected leaders. Perspectives will help inform the Charter Commission about your priorities on the topics they are reviewing.

The survey was available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Vietnameseand closed onJanuary, 24th! One lucky winner won a $250 gift card.
