Need a LIFT? digitalLIFT is a capacity-building initiative which includes an online-learning platform designed for nonprofits looking to promote digital equity in their communities. Agency members can complete the course training at their own pace.

Specialized Training
These courses are designed for individuals who are working on digital inclusion initiatives for specific populations, such as older adults, or within particular industries, like libraries and healthcare. They were also crafted for instructors looking to teach their clients specific topics, including digital citizenship.
Train the Trainer
If you’re planning to offer digital literacy courses in your organization, this is for you. We will train your staff about the digital divide, adult learning principles, and some of our proven training techniques so you can best serve your clients.
Digital Navigators
Looking to learn more about Digital Navigators? This training series includes everything your organization needs to start training your staff and/or volunteers as Digital Navigators.

If you need more than online training, we’re here to help! We offer digitalLIFT program bundles that include tailored support as you develop your digital equity initiatives. As part of these packages, CTN will answer questions and provide you with advice, coaching, oversight and support. We’ll also guide you to the necessary resources and connect your agency with a community of like-minded organizations that are working to eliminate the digital divide. We have created curriculum (available in eight languages) for multiple devices and can also create a customized curriculum for your digital literacy courses!
We also have a library of options that can be licensed by your agency in one-year increments.
