From aardvark to zebra, this delightful cast of animal characters illustrates the many ways to show kindness to others, while teaching the youngest readers their ABCs.

Debut author/illustrator and sister duo Rina Horiuchi and Risa Horiuchi have crafted a warm and tender gift that affirms kindness can be found anywhere.

Rina Horiuchi writes children’s books inspired by her own parenting journey. She lives in New York and enjoys discovering new places with her family. This is her first collaboration with her sister, Risa Horiuchi.

Risa Horiuchi graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in illustration. When she isn’t drawing or painting, she is often cooking pasta, listening to science podcasts, or reading picture books with her young niece. She lives in New England with her family. Please visit risadraws.com.
