Juniors and seniors are allowed two excused "college visit days" per year. Sophomores and freshmen are allowed one excused "college visit" per year. Permission for college visits will not be granted for the last week of each semester of the year. This form must be submitted prior to your visit for attendance purposes. Failure to follow this procedure will result in an unexcused absence. *Please provide either a confirmation email, thank you email, or signed visit schedule by a college staff member at the college/university you visit immediately following your visit and return to school to attendance (1-2 days).
