Bishop's Celebration of Catholic Schools - Nomination Form

In honor of Bishop Joensen’s passion for education, the Diocese of Des Moines will host Bishop’s Celebration of Catholic Education on August 26, 2023. This event unites the entire Diocese of Des Moines community in celebration of the life-changing impact our faith-centered education has provided for more than 120 years. We invite you to use the form below to nominate an administrator, educator, and/or volunteer to receive special recognition during the event. You may nominate one individual in each of the three categories, but only one form may be submitted per nomination. Nominations are due May 15, 2023.
