Dr Lestonn Lawn

­­Dr Lestonn Lawn is a General Practitioner with a special interest in aesthetic, anti-ageing, and cosmetic medicine. He qualified as a medical doctor in 2005 at the University of Pretoria. After completing his internship and community service at 1 Military Hospital, he worked in the emergency room in Pretoria and Ireland.

Dr Lestonn's passion for aesthetic medicine began to blossom during his tenure as a GP in Pretoria. He practised aesthetic medicine alongside general medicine and actively sought opportunities to further his knowledge and skills. This led him to join Skin Renewal in January 2013, where he found immense joy in the extensive in-house training program and the invaluable opportunity to learn from and shadow Dr Maureen Allem.

Eager to keep abreast of aesthetic trends, Dr Lestonn regularly attends non-surgical and anti-ageing congresses and workshops, undergoes continuous in-house training, and attends monthly doctor meetings. Dr Lestonn is a member of AAMSA (The Aesthetic & Anti-Ageing Medicine Society of South Africa) and holds a certificate from the American Aesthetic and Anti-ageing Society.

Outside of his professional life, Dr Lestonn is a man of many talents. He is a passionate musician, finding solace and joy in singing in choirs. His vocal prowess has been recognised globally, as he was a part of the Camarata, the University of Pretoria's choir, ranked in the top 10 choirs in the world. Dr. Lestonn also showcases his musicality through his piano and trumpet skills. His love for musicals is evident, having played in Jesu.
