Just three days after taking the ACMs stage together, Florida Georgia Line and Bebe Rexha stopped by The Ellen Degeneres Show on Wednesday (April 17) to perform their pop/country crossover hit “Meant To Be.”
As the stage opened up, Florida Georgia Line emerged with blue lights flickering behind them, with Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley clad in full superstar attire: Kelley in his signature flat brimmed top hat with white pants and a light camouflage shirt, and Hubbard sporting his own pair of white pants with a black and white leather bomber jacket. The FGL guys bounced along with the audience, who were all dancing and singing along to the catchy jam.
Rexha entered for the second verse, lighting up the room in a sparkling silver dress with black high-waisted leather pants. When all three joined in harmony for the chorus, the crowd went crazy waving their hands back and forth following Rexha’s lead.
“Meant to Be” has held the top spot on the Hot Country Songs chart for 20 weeks in a row, recently hitting No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song currently sits at No. 3 on the chart, falling short only to Drake (“Nice For What” just took over the No. 1 spot formerly held by his now-No. 2 hit “God’s Plan”).
