Fifteen-year-old country singer Tegan Marie is gearing up for a packed holiday season. The Warner Music Nashville/Sweety High recording artist is performing in the 92nd annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on the Girl Scout's signature float and she's portraying Wendy in "Peter Pan And Tinker Bell - A Pirate’s Christmas," which will play at Tennessee Performing Arts Center.

Tegan Marie performs at the Ascend Country Roads Stage at the CMA Festival in Nashville, Tenn., Saturday, June 9, 2018.

Today, however, the teen is excited for a whole different reason. Tegan Marie debuted her acoustic video for "I Know How to Make a Boy Cry" on Tennessean.com.

“I’m so happy people are getting a chance to get a behind-the-scenes peek in this acoustic video of ‘I Know How To Make A Boy Cry,'" the singer said. "I had an amazing time working in the studio with Scott Hendricks and Nathan Chapman. I hope everyone loves it as much as I do."

Tegan Marie's voice is strong and clear — mimicking message of the song. She might look sweet, but she will stand up for herself.

Lyrics include:

You could behero, or a zero| Or a weirdo, or the one that got away| Pick your poison, eitherway I'll be OK | I can't be sorry that I made you sad| It's not my fault that you had to be bad| Keep telling lies if you wanna see mad
