Scientific Immersion and Mentorship (SIM) provides students with the resources to prepare for and excel in careers in a variety of research disciplines. We expose students to the research opportunities available to them, both on campus and beyond, provide students with opportunities to explore career paths in various research disciplines to determine if it's the right fit for them, and equip students with the right experiences and mentors to make them competitive candidates for the next step in their path towards a career in research.
