In the spirit of sportsmanship, fans shall:

• Conduct themselves in a manner that represents UT, the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA with honor, dignity and respect.
• Demonstrate qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times.
• Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning, or intimidating language at any time.
• Support the players, coaches and officials in a positive manner.
• Treat the visiting team, coaches and fans with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass or demeaning.
• Refrain from throwing objects onto the playing surface for any reason.
• Not become inebriated or belligerent.
• Refrain from entering playing and team areas at any time, including the game.
• Be a positive role model for those around you by treating others with courtesy and respect!

Clear Bag Policy

UT operates with a clear bag policy and stadium security regulations limit fans to one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person.

Tickets

A mobile device is the ticket on gameday! Fans should add tickets and parking to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet account before leaving home to avoid relying on WiFi connectivity on or near campus. Ensure that the mobile device has a good charge and turn the screen brightness to its highest level prior to scanning at the gate or parking lot. Print at Home PDF tickets are no longer issued or accepted for entry at any Tennessee Athletics venues. Screenshots of tickets will not scan at the gate and will not allow entry.

Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket. Learn more about Terms and Conditions.

No re-entry. Fans cannot leave the stadium and be readmitted. All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity as fans enter the stadium and once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be reused by another guest.

If fans have difficulty or issues with ticket scanning, please visit the ticket office locations at Gates 21 or 23 for assistance. Please be aware that tickets purchased from other resale marketplaces (including StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, eBay and ticket brokers) are not guaranteed as valid for entry into the stadium.

Gameday Ticket Sales and Pre-Purchased Tickets (Will-Call) Locations:

• Gate 21 open four (4) hours prior to kickoff
• Gate 23 open two (2) hours prior to kickoff

Tickets purchased through the Visiting Team and Tickets provided to guests of Visiting Team can be picked up at Gate 2 once Visiting Team staff arrives at stadium two (2) hours prior to kickoff.

General Ticketing Policies & Information:

• Tickets may be revoked by management at any time, including, but not limited to, if the user is disruptive, endangers others or uses vulgar, threatening or demeaning language or engages in prohibited activity, including smoking/vaping.
• No refunds, exchanges or re-admissions are permitted.
• Users should note that the Event may be rescheduled without prior notice and that the User assumes all risks of injury, illness, or death at the Event.
• There is no obligation to replace lost or stolen tickets, and tickets obtained from a source other than the UT Ticket Office or its authorized agents may not be honored.
• Ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests, or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the University of Tennessee or SEC.
• Commercial solicitation in front of Neyland Stadium from Middle Way Drive to Gate 10 is prohibited starting four hours before kickoff and continuing until the game is over.
• User grants the University and its conference, the SEC, non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual right and license to use (and to sub-license) the use of his or her name and likeness, if it is included in any broadcast, photograph or other media of the Event.
• Additional terms and conditions governing the use of the ticket are posted on SECsports.com and are incorporated herein by reference. Using this ticket, the user agrees to be bound by such terms and conditions.

Visiting Neyland Stadium

Guidelines for Neyland Stadium

The following guidelines apply to all Tennessee events at Neyland Stadium:

• All fans regardless of age must have a ticket for admission to Neyland Stadium.
• Per Southeastern Conference policy, no pass-out checks (re-entry) are allowed. In the event of inclement weather, please retain your ticket stub for readmission. If the stadium is cleared due to inclement weather, you may reenter the stadium with your ticket stub. Everyone will again be subject to search.
• This ticket is a revocable license for the ticket holder to gain admission to an event sponsored by Tennessee Athletics. The University of Tennessee reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any patron from the event venue at any time, for any reason permitted by law.
• Incidents involving lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will be addressed at the Ticket Office with the season ticket holder of record only. Photo identification is required.
• Dates and times on game tickets are subject to change.
• University policies and state and federal laws will be in effect.
• The violation of any rules may prevent admission to a Tennessee Athletic event, removal from an event, and jeopardize the violator's admission into subsequent Tennessee Athletic events, including the forfeiture of season tickets and the ability to purchase single-game tickets as noted in the Terms and Conditions.
• In the spirit of sportsmanship, fans shall adhere to the UT and SEC Fan Code of Conduct.

Entry & Gate Information

• Gates to Neyland Stadium open two (2) hours before kickoff.
• Fans experiencing any issues entering the stadium should ask to speak to the gate supervisor.
• Please carefully read the full Permitted & Prohibited Items list before entering Neyland Stadium.
• UT has a clear bag policy for all athletic events. Review approved bags above or click here for a full description of the clear bag policy.
• No other bags will be allowed inside. All items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates. No items can be left or stored at the gates.
• Medically necessary items/equipment must be searched when entering the stadium. These checks can be done at any gate. Fans should notify security staff at the gate for verification and screening upon entry. This includes outside food and beverage needed for a medical purpose..
• Diaper bags are not a medically necessary item. All diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag.

Gate List

Neyland Stadium has 26 gates, which are numbered in order clockwise around the stadium.
Stadium seating is numbered from left to right, and tickets designate section, row and seat number.
Seat 1 will be on the left when facing the seats from the field.
Please have your digital ticket or ticket stub any time you are away from the seating area.

Parking, Traffic and Shuttles

General Information

Tailgating activities and equipment are permitted on football game days, in designated areas of campus, before, during, and after games. Tailgating is not permitted overnight.

Game day parking for all lots surrounding Neyland Stadium is reserved for pass holders. Donors who have previously requested and paid for parking permits will receive their passes with season tickets before the season.  

Paid public parking on campus along Volunteer Boulevardd West between Todd Helton Drive and Cumberland Avenue. The mobile-pay spots will cost $50.

Improperly parked vehicles or those found in a restricted area will be towed at the owner’s expense. Towed vehicles may be claimed by contacting Parking & Transportation Services at 865-974-6031 from 8 am to 4 pm (or kickoff – whichever is earlier) to schedule a time to retrieve the vehicle.

Shuttles from parking lots to stadium area begin three (3) hours prior to kickoff.

• Stephenson Drive (SDMH and Lot 14) - Unload and pick up on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive
• Kingston Pike Bldg (KPB40) - Unload and pick up on Chamique Holdsclaw Drive
• Ag Campus (AG) - Board buses on Joe Johnson, next to the CVM Teaching and Learning Center; unload and pick up at Circle Park
• Accessible/Lift Shuttle - Board at the Business Incubator Building at 2450 E.J. Chapman Drive; unload and pick up from the Student Union Loading Dock

Shuttles begin returning to parking areas with 10 minutes left in the 3rd quarter until approximately one hour post-game.

Traffic Flow

Due to the Vol Walk and the band march, Volunteer Boulevard from east Andy Holt Avenue to Pat Head Summitt Street to Lake Loudoun Boulevard is closed to vehicular traffic for approximately 30 minutes beginning five minutes before the scheduled start time for the Vol Walk. Parking permit holders for lots in this area should arrive two hours prior to kick-off in order to avoid traffic and pedestrian congestion.

Three (3) hours before kickoff, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from Middle Way Drive to Cumberland Avenue. Due to student gate staging, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed to all vehicle traffic (including no turns from Lake Loudoun Blvd. onto Phillip Fulmer Way).

Taxis/Uber/Shared Riding

Drop Off Location- Volunteer Boulevard East in front of the Claxton Education Building

Pick Up Location- Circle Drive on the Hill. Vehicles will enter from Cumberland Ave and proceed up the Hill for fans who need to depart. Police will open the ride-share area during the 4th quarter and is limited in the number of vehicles.

City of Knoxville Game Day Traffic and Info

Numerous KAT buses transport fans to and from the Civic Coliseum, and Market Square area of downtown at a round-trip cost of $10 per person starting three (3) hours before kickoff.

Shuttle tickets will only be available for purchase through KAT’s official app, Transit. It’s free to download in your app store. Tickets will be available starting the week of the game. After purchasing shuttle tickets, do not activate them until just before you board the shuttle on game day. Day passes can also be purchased through the Transit app.

TRANSIT OPTION:

Leave the driving to Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) on gamedays and save yourself the stress of driving and looking for parking. KAT regular bus routes operate on gamedays and the one day pass is only $2.00. All routes stop at the Knoxville Transit Station and then guests can take the 11, 12 or 15 route to campus. After the game only the 11 returns to the Transit Station due to service detours after the game.

RV Parking

RV parking on campus is reserved for University donors and a permit is required. There is no general public RV parking on campus.

Knoxville Civic Coliseum:

• Civic Coliseum in downtown Knoxville can accommodate a limited number of RVs. Advance sales can be purchased only through Ticketmaster.com.
• Please contact the Civic Coliseum directly to inquire about specific game options still available at 865-215-8900.
• KAT buses have round-trip shuttle service from the Civic Coliseum to campus with a $10 per person fee beginning 3 hours before kick-off.

Free ADA/Accessible parking with shuttle service is available on the Ag Campus.  For information regarding accessible parking, contact Parking and Transit Services at 865-974-6031.

Limited accessible parking on the Ag Campus is first-come, first-served.  There are approximately 150 spaces.  A football parking pass is not required; however, a valid accessible parking placard or license plate is required.

Once UT ADA/accessible parking is full we refer guests to the Civic Coliseum (500 Howard Baker Jr Ave, 37915). There is NO fee for Civic Coliseum accessible parking. KAT buses have an ADA shuttle service to campus with a $10 per person fee. Visit Civic Coliseum Parking.

Pregame Road Closures

Starting at 7 AM, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from G-10 Garage to Cumberland Avenue.

Four (4) hours before kickoff, Phillip Fulmer Way will be closed from G-10 Garage to Cumberland Avenue.

• G10T permit holders arriving after the road closure will be redirected to another lot at the discretion of gameday management.

Public Bus Parking

Groups traveling to Neyland Stadium via charter or school bus may park on Todd Helton Drive behind Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

There is no public bus parking available on Phillip Fulmer Way or Chamique Holdsclaw Drive.

Scooters

City of Knoxville Electric Scooters are not permitted within the “UT Ride Zone” on football gameday. Scooters will be prohibited from entering road closures.

Accessibility / ADA

Parking

Football Season Ticket Holder ADA/Accessible Parking:

The UT Athletic Department makes assignments to its Tennessee Fund donors including individuals requiring accessible parking. Individuals attending UT football game who do not qualify for Tennessee Fund accessible parking through the UT Athletic Department may apply for accessible parking through the UT Parking and Transportation Services Office.

Please note that this type of accessible parking is limited and requires documentation of a valid accessible parking placard/license plate and current season football tickets. Accessible parking is not available for donor-only lots unless a valid permit for that specific lot is presented.

General Public ADA/Accessible Parking:

Limited Free ADA/accessible parking is available on the UT Agriculture Campus on a first-come, first-served basis and a valid accessible parking placard or license plate is required.

A free, fully accessible shuttle service to the Student Union Loading Dock beginning three (3) hours prior to kick-off and running one-hour post-game.
The accessible shuttle picks up at the Business Incubator Building at 2450 E.J. Chapman Dr.

UT’s Clear Bag and Prohibited Items policies are in effect at all football games. Medically necessary items, including outside food, snacks or beverage for medical purposes, must be searched and verified at any open stadium gate.

The Vol Walk

The Vol Walk -- the football team's walk to Neyland Stadium -- begins 2 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff at the Torchbearer statue in Circle Park on Volunteer Drive. It continues down Peyton Manning Pass before turning left on Phillip Fulmer Way and into the stadium through Gate 21-A.

Band March

The Pride of the Southland Band makes its way the stadium beginning 1 hour and 40 minutes before kickoff.

The band marches up Volunteer Boulevard past Peyton Manning Pass and crosses the new Pedestrian Bridge before turning onto Middle Drive and then onto Phillip Fulmer Way, stopping to "Salute the Hill" before marching into the stadium through Gate 21-A.

Volunteer Village

Make sure you visit Vol Village presented by Toyota before football games this year for a whole new fan experience. It’s FREE for all fans with or without a game ticket. There will be live music, activities for everyone of all ages, food trucks, and more. You won’t want to miss out on stopping by a reimagined, Vol Village, located in a great spot to see the Vol Walk and the Band March just across from Circle Park.

Truly’s Tailgate

Located outside Gate 9, fans can stop by for food and drinks at Truly’s Tailgate. For any game starting later than noon ET, Truly’s will open four hours prior to kickoff. For a noon kickoff, the tailgate will open at 9 a.m. Truly’s will stay open throughout the game, giving fans in the south concourse a variety of food, drinks and additional restroom options. Truly’s will close at the end of the third quarter.
