Join us as we welcome Adam London, PhD, RS, DAAS, Health Officer, Kent County Health Department as he presents on social determinants of health. We will discuss the social determinants of health; their impact on people's health, well-being, and quality of life; and how they contribute to wide health disparities and inequities. Free pizza and pop will be provided!
