The Office of Inclusion Equity and Diversity is excited to announce the launch of the 2023 Inclusive Engagement Program (IEP), scheduled to launch this September (September 1st– 30th)!
The Inclusive Engagement Program is a 30-day immersive program, completely online, created to intentionally increase engagement within specific aspects of diversity, inclusion, equity, and social justice.
The purpose of the IEP is to:
- Intentionally increase engagement with nuanced aspects of diversity, inclusion, equity, and social justice
- Provide a safe avenue for experiential learning via multi-media, short readings, stimulating interactions and productive dialogue
- Ensure participation from a wide audience by being flexible and mostly asynchronous (at your own pace!)
- Advocate for self-discovery and/or the use of a range of resources in expanding your understanding of intersectional ideas regarding diverse aspects of the human experience
