This webinar, Personal Experiences with Housing First | Successes, Challenges, & Recommendations, is a must for behavioral health and homeless/housing service providers, case managers, practitioners, and peers working with individuals with mental disorders or substance use disorders who are experiencing or are at risk for homelessness.  Moderated by SAMHSA Voice Award winner Matt Canuteson of Policy Research Associates, Inc., this webinar will feature the personal experiences of three individuals who received services from providers implementing the Housing First model of permanent supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness in various parts of the country.
 
This webinar will provide attendees with guidance from those with personal experiences with homeless and housing services.  The presentations will enhance the understanding of those unique experiences while also offering recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of permanent housing assistance.
