The summit is filled to the brim with workshops for students to attend. There will be four engaging sessions focusing on topics such as professional attitude, self-care, peer mentorship, and leading as an introvert. After the final workshop, you’ll hear from keynote speaker Alexa Carlin who will present an inspiring message on empowerment and vulnerability.

The Leadership Summit will take place on Saturday, February 15 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center. It costs $20 for GVSU students and $30 for non-GVSU students. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with people who also want to learn more about leadership, and on top of all that, lunch will be provided! If needed, all GVSU students are eligible to apply for one of the 200 available leadership summit scholarships that will grant you free admission to the conference. All scholarship information can be found on the GVSU Student Scholarship page.

If you think you or a friend would be able to benefit from an opportunity like this, don’t hesitate to visit the Leadership Summit website to stay up to date on the event, read about all the workshops and speakers, and get registered.
