Association of Graduates - U.S. Air Force Academy reposted this
This week, we welcomed cadets from the U.S. Air Force Academy as part of our longstanding partnership with the Air Force Academy Foundation. For nearly two decades, cadets have traveled to our facilities to present their capstone propulsion designs to a panel of Pratt & Whitney engineers. This year, the cadets were challenged to develop concepts for a Collaborative Combat Aircraft. The cadets also toured our Middletown, Conn., facility, where they witnessed firsthand what goes into assembling and preparing an F135 engine for shipment. We are thrilled to continue fostering this partnership and empowering the next generation of U.S. Air Force leaders. #WeArePW
