Synchro Motion’s vision is to become established as an industry leader in the design and control of rehabilitation robotics. As this field is relatively young and requires significant technical expertise, Synchro Motion’s team has discovered that there is a great need for commercially-minded developers to help bridge the gap between academically-focused research and the practical aspects of commercial translation.

To this end, Synchro Motion has assembled a team of scientists and engineers in the fields of mechatronics, biomechanics, and design to create the next generation of rehabilitation robotic devices.

Synchro Motion has developed several prosthetic devices including an MPC knee, and MPC ankle, and a passive low-profile foot. For more information on these devices, please visit the project pages.
