Prior to submitting contributions to the Longhorn Lockbox, you must consent to a talent release form.
For valuable consideration, I hereby authorize the Division of Student Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin, and those acting pursuant to its authority to:
- Record my participation and appearance on, as well as submission of, videotape, audiotape, film, photograph, prose, or any other medium.
- Use my name, likeness, voice, and biographical material in connection with these submissions.
- Exhibit or distribute such submissions in whole or in part without restrictions or limitation for any educational or promotional purpose which The University of Texas at Austin, and those acting pursuant to its authority, deem appropriate.
