From the Office of Dean James Bullock

Dear USC Dornsife Students,

You may have already heard that Dornsife is making changes to the organizational structure in the staffing of our student advising services. Some concerns have been shared with us about this process, and we would like to clarify any misconceptions. First and foremost: Academic advising in Dornsife will continue without interruption. These services remain a core and essential part of the student experience, and they will continue as an integral part of your journey here.

In the coming weeks, academic advising will be restructured in a way that provides greater access for students and ensures continuity of service and care. You will continue to work with dedicated advisors who will guide you through course planning, degree progress, registration, and your overall educational experience. Our highest priority is ensuring you receive uninterrupted support during this transition.

Please continue to use Advise USC to make appointments with your academic advisors, both now and in the future. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at advising@dornsife.usc.edu.

Sincerely,

James Bullock
Dean
