ILT Survey for Teacher Leadership Working Group
**Analysis of survey results is underway as of June 1.  Any results received after this date will be used for informational purposes, but not be included in the analysis.**

The Teacher Leadership Working Group (TLWG) is interested in learning about how the Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) functions at your school this year.  We intend to use this information to ensure tools and resources can be accessed and shared among teacher leaders, principals and central office staff to collaboratively build or improve ILTs.  

This survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.  Individual responses will only be accessed and used by the TLWG for the following two purposes:  1) to identify and share broad patterns of strengths and needs across schools, 2) to identify schools we can visit to learn more about tools and practices in use.
