Arun
Rao is a Sr. Product Manager at Facebook's Core ML team, helping build
AI & machine learning systems to serve 2.7 billion people. He is
immersed in applying machine learning to user problems, implementing
recommenders, and managing cross-functional teams that generated 70% of
Facebook's revenue growth in the last 5 years. Previously, Arun was a
Sr. Product Manager at Amazon Music's ML group, helping build a
personalization and machine learning system for 80 million customers.
Prior to that, he was a co-founder and CEO of Starbutter AI, a virtual
assistant company (next-generation financial product aggregator) to help
consumers pick financial products like credit cards, mortgages, and
insurance.
