Workshop with the leadership of URCSA Villiersdorp
The past weekend Rev. Brian Handel and Rev. Stephen Pedro (PSD Congregational Witness) presented their 3rd Workshop with the leadership of URCSA Villiersdorp.
"We started with a separate session with the church council members, and was it a blessed experience!" says Rev Pedro.
"They understand now the importance of their role as leaders more clearly and I believe will play it as they are going forward.
"The Saturday Rev. Handel continued with the facilitation of the 'cleaning of their congregational lens'. He did the missional board game with them and they could get a sense of what the current focus of their ministry is all about, and also how missional their ministry really is.
"We also started with the process of writing a roadmap for the ministry of the congregation which includes the vision and mission statement of the congregation. This is now ongoing and we are in the concluding stage. To God be the glory."
Contact Rev. Pedro at stephen@kaapkerk.co.za for more information.

VG Kerk Riebeek Kasteel
It started with a dream. There was nothing. Then we started small with what we have. Today the VG Kerk Riebeek Kasteel is extending the vegetable garden. We are going bigger. We can make dreams a reality. To God all the glory.

URCSA CAPE launches URCSA Cape News Hub!
URCSA Cape News Hub will complement the monthly URCSA Cape Newsletter. The URCSA Cape News Hub will compile weekly and sometimes daily notifications of general news under one roof.
The News Hub will select the most important news and notifications for URCSA members who are bombarded with hundreds and even thousands of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and even Instagram posts, notifications, sermons and funeral notifications during the month.
Members just need to click on the News Hub Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram icons (links) on the platform for selected news articles, sermons and urgent church announcements- without being bombarded with hundreds of news articles on a daily basis.
