Galloway, N.J. – Six Stockton University student-athletes collected NJAC all-conference honors in men's track & field for the 2023-24 indoor season. The Ospreys finished third in the NJAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a team score of 78 points. The all-conference teams are based on finish in each event at the NJAC Championships.

Erik Ackerman (Long Valley/West Morris Central) won his first career conference title in an indoor event as he took the mile by just under three seconds (4:14.49) at the NJAC Championships to earn an NJAC First Team selection. Ackerman, the lone NJAC individual champ for the men's team, earned two all-conference accolades this year to bring his career total to five in indoor track & field.

Joseph Morales (Toms River/TR North) qualified for all-conference recognition in two events, earning an NJAC Second Team nod in the pole vault (4.45m) for the second consecutive year, and placing third in the long jump (6.77m) for an NJAC Honorable Mention slot. Morales brought his career total to three all-conference nods in indoor track & field.

Mike Carfagno (Egg Harbor Twp./EHT) earned a pair of NJAC Honorable Mention nods with personal bests in the shot put (15.04m) and weight throw (16.53m) at the NJAC Championships. Carfagno snagged his third straight NJAC Honorable Mention in the indoor shot put.

Ackerman's second all-conference spot of the year came as he joined Joseph deBeaumont (Blackwood/Highland) and freshmen Kevin Lu-Chua (Brooklyn, N.Y./Stuyvesant), and Patrick Storti (Cinnaminson/Cinnaminson) for NJAC Honorable Mention in the distance medley relay. The quartet finished third at the NJAC Championships (10:34.51).
