Grundahl to Play in WBCA All-Star Game

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater senior forward Aleah Grundahl (DeForest, Wis./DeForest) has been selected to play in the 2nd Annual WBCA DIII Senior All-Star Game in Columbus, Ohio Saturday. 

Grundahl is one of 20 seniors selected by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association to participate in the all-star game this year. The All-Star weekend begins Wednesday with recognition at the Final Four and All-Stars Banquet. The 2024 All-Star Game is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday, March 19. All Division III All-Stars will be recognized at halftime of the national championship game Saturday night. 

Grundahl led the Warhawks to the Elite 8 this season. The most-decorated basketball player in program history, Grundahl is a finalist for the 2024 Jostens Trophy awarded to the top player in Division III. This season, the senior became the first player in league history to earn Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year honors for a third time. She was also named the WIAC's Judy Kruckman Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She has written her name all over history books including setting the all-time scoring records for both UW-Whitewater and the conference this season. Grundahl every scoring record for the Warhawks including career points, points in a season and points in a single game -- all marks she set during the 2023-24 campaign.
