Since 2006, TEC has helped people young and old with disabilities achieve “I Did It!” moments and improve their lives. Here is a story about Allie and her "I Did It!" moment:
When Allie first arrived at TEC she didn’t have the strength to hold the reins or steer her horse. It took all she could do to simply balance herself in the saddle. Week after week Allie grew stronger until she improved her muscle control enough to sit up and ride her horse.
“I stood up and cheered so loud! I couldn’t believe it! She had such a huge smile on her face and was so proud of herself! And I was so proud of her,” shared Allie’s mom Randi.
