 UW-WHITEWATER AT ROCK COUNTY ATHLETICS

JANESVILLE — The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater at Rock County in the past year has added a full-time police officer, athletics and a nursing program, in addition to extending a partnership with UW-Platteville.

The campus has had a UW-Whitewater Police officer, Nic Thompson, assigned to campus full-time for the first time. He has not just been on patrol, but has taught CPR courses and active shooter classes.
