Dear Parent/Caregiver(s),

This summer WISH Elementary is offering a summer school program to all current students in TK-4th grade. Summer School will be held from Tuesday, June 20 –Friday, July 14, 2023, closed for Juneteenth on June 19 and closed for 4th of July. The hours each day will be 8:00-12:30. There is no extended day option. The program will be taught by current WISH elementary teachers. Please complete this form if you are interested in this program. Students who are currently in TK - 4th grade will attend the Elementary Summer School program. Students who are currently in 5th-grade will attend the Middle School Summer School program and should enroll using the separate MS Form.

Who is Summer School for?
*Students who want to continue their learning and have fun summer experiences with peers and teachers.

*Students who receive Extended School Year (ESY) services per their IEP.

Kindly sign-up to attend Summer School by completing this form no later than Friday, April 28th.

*** Please Note: Filling out this interest form does not guarantee your child a spot in the summer school program. We have a limited amount of spots and they will be awarded on a first come first served basis according to grade levels. Once we have our interested families we will reach out you if you have a spot in the program.

Participating Dates: Please note that we want to provide a robust experience that has continuity over 4 weeks. For this reason if you sign up, we are asking that you agree to send your child to all 4 weeks of summer school. We will not be offering week by week sign ups. If your child misses more than three days of summer school, they will be unenrolled and their spot will be given to another student. *
