Rebadging
We are switching to a universal badge system across the LCMC Health system. We need a new headshot of you to print your new badge!
If you’ve already taken an LCMC Health branded headshot (check our files), that photo will be used, and there is no further action needed on your part. If you have not taken a photo with LCMC Health, we need you to take a photo for your new badge!
We are unable to use photos from previous EJ badges or other hospitals outside the LCMC Health system or academic institutions. Please note that after our new badging system goes live in January, if you have a current EJ badge, it will no longer function. EJ will be the first LCMC Health hospital to go live with this universal system, so please hold on to your IDs from our sister hospitals for the time being!
A communication will go out in January with details on how and where to pick up your new badge.

Preliminary relocation schedule (view relocation details):
- January 8 – Relocation begins
- January 8–12 – Grab-n-go snacks 7–9 am & 4–6 pm in the EJ Canal Garage ground link
- January 13 – In-patient move
- January 13–14 – Clinic move
