Please arrive by 8:00 am so that you may be oriented and settled in before the event begins. The event begins at 8:30 am with silent sitting, includes a talk by one of our teaching staff, a vegetarian lunch, a group dialogue, and refreshments and social time before concluding at 4pm.

Please note that the Center is fully booked for overnight guests from April 5th through April 9th, 2024. We cannot accomodate further requests for overnight stays during this period.

Do you have any dietary needs that our kitchen should be aware of (vegan, gluten-sensitivity, food allergies, etc)? Our Kitchen provides one hot meal at 12:00 p.m. on the All Day Sitting. Food served at the center is lacto-ovo vegetarian, with vegan and gluten-free options available.

People interested in meditation and the work of Springwater Center are invited to submit a request for a guest stay. Please check this online calendar to confirm the availability of any particular guest stay dates before you complete the application, particularly if you intend to stay in the Studio Apartment or Guest Cabin.

We cannot accommodate guest stays while we are on retreat, so please check our availability before requesting a guest stay. Rides to and from the Rochester airport, train and bus stations may be available. Please contact us for information about ride availability.
