Important Well-being Insights

Staff look to you as a mentor in times of crisis, and your reactions and responses will influence their own - so it is critical you take care of you to best serve your team. The below resources do not only benefit you, but your staff as well!
- The Community Resources webpage on the human resources website lists a variety of services for many of the difficulties we are all facing.
- Work/Life is compiling weekly Wellbeing newsletters that will contain updates on university wellbeing efforts. These can be found on the Community Resources page under “Physical, Emotional and Mental Wellbeing” and “Cornell Resources”. The new weekly edition is linked in the bullet: “Employee Wellbeing at Cornell Update”.
- Cornell Wellness has developed daily zoom programming, ranging from meditation breaks to nutrition tips to workouts! Find those on their website, or by joining the Cornell Wellness listserv.
- Consider joining Quarantine Buddy, a website created by Cornell students to help people foster connections during this time.
