About this event

We are so excited to host another live, in-person event on February 28-March 1, 2024 at the longtime host hotel and home of CRS, the Omni Nashville Hotel.

Here are some need-to-know details and costs before you get started:

• Registration prices will include all sessions, luncheons, night-time events, breakfasts, networking events, and featured speakers.

• New Faces tickets are not included, and will be $100 each. Each fully registered attendee can purchase 1 ticket until sold out. They are non-transferable.

• The Amazon Country Heat show and all luncheons are included in your registration, but you are able to purchase one additional ticket for a guest. Evening and lunch time events are all priced at $110.

• Room blocks are now open at the Omni Nashville hotel (single $293 - double $303 ++)

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

YES! HOWEVER, IF YOU TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION AFTER 1/26/24, YOU'LL BE CHARGED A $40 BADGE CHANGE FEE. TO TRANSFER YOUR REGISTRATION, EMAIL REGISTRATION@CRB.ORG

Are New Faces tickets included?

NEW FACES OF COUNTRY® MUSIC TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN CRS REGISTRATIONS, AND ARE ONLY ON SALE UNTIL CAPACITY IS REACHED. THEY WILL BE $100 AND FULLY REGISTERED GUESTS MAY PURCHASE A TICKET WHILE THEY LAST.

What if i want a non-attendee to come with me to a lunch or performance event?

AN OPTIONAL PURCHASE OF AN EXTRA TICKET TO THE LUNCHES, AND NIGHT SHOWCASES IS AVAILABLE IF A REGISTRANT WOULD LIKE TO BRING A GUEST WITHOUT A CRS BADGE TO ANY OF THESE EVENTS. EVENING TIX ARE $100 AND LUNCHES ARE $75. ALL ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

What if I need to cancel?

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING TO REGISTRATION@CRB.ORG BY 1/26/24. A $125 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH CANCELLED REGISTRATION (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED). AFTER 1/26/24, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. IN SOME CASES, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO MOVE YOUR REGISTRATION TO THE FOLLOWING YEAR.

What happens if I lose my badge onsite?

IF A BADGE IS LOST, MISPLACED, OR STOLEN, THERE WILL BE A $170 REPLACEMENT FEE ONSITE AT CRS.
