Open Enrollment is your opportunity to select or change the benefits you receive for 2024.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the HRSTM benefits staff, attend virtual office hours or information sessions hosted by our vendors. See our schedule of events for details. This year's benefits documents are still pending, which will be updated soon. Benefits Options and Resources

Health and Prescription Insurance
The College offers three types of plans:  a high deductible plan with a health savings account, a Point of Service (POS) and a HMO option.

The College offers two Cigna dental plans and a vision program.

Life and Disability Insurance and Legal Benefit 
In addition to long-term disability insurance, employees can choose from three life insurance options. The college also offers an approved vendor for legal benefits.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to set aside pre-tax money to cover certain expenses. The maximum limit for 2024 is $3,200.
