NEW REPORT SHOWS UNIVERSITY ENDOWMENTS SUPPORT STUDENTS AND RESEARCH
A recent report by the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) shows that colleges use a significant portion of their endowments on scholarships and research. In the past year, 658 institutions spent $30 billion, with nearly half going toward student financial aid. Other expenses included academic programs and research, faculty positions and campus facilities.
