Florida Georgia Line‘s Tyler Hubbard has tied the knot!

The country star, 28, married Hayley Stommel on Wednesday night at Trail Creek Cabin in Sun Valley, Idaho, on the two-year anniversary of their first kiss, PEOPLE reveals exclusively.

“There’s something about being able to call Hayley my wife and say that it’s official!” an excited Hubbard tells PEOPLE. “Marriage is forever and we’re just so happy to share our love forever.”

The bride wore a formfitting, lace Monique Lhuillier gown with a low back for the nuptials.

“I just wanted to be comfortable and have a timeless, classic dress,” she tells PEOPLE.

Stommel, 28, walked down the aisle to pal Sarah Buxton singing John Legend’s “All of Me,” with the couple’s golden retriever, Harley, leading the way as ring bearer (and yes, he wore a bow tie!). They exchanged traditional vows at the outdoor ceremony set against the mountains where Idaho native Stommel grew up skiing, and then later exchanged letters containing more personal, self-penned vows.

Hubbard had his best friend, FGL band mate Brian Kelley, by his side as best man. “BK and I have really become best friends over the last six years,” says Hubbard. “We’ve kind of built a family, Hayley and myself and BK and his wife Brittney. It’s a special day for all of us to celebrate.”

After the ceremony, their 150 guests were taken across the river “and through the woods,” jokes Hubbard, to dine on steak and salmon under a sky of party lights and then into a tent for dancing and “fun surprises,” says Stommel, who planned the affair with the help of wedding planner Brooke Keegan.

Signature drinks – a Moscow Mule and Hubbard’s favorite, an Old Fashioned – were also served.

And just in case any of the wedding guests got too much of their shine on, the couple had that covered too. Everyone went home with a “Hubba Hubba Hangover Kit” complete with Advil, water and breath spray.

The pair will honeymoon in Turks and Caicos before FGL returns to touring July 9.
